针对采用混凝土屋面的大跨度重型桁架屋盖结构,提出了地面拼装桁架、浇筑完混凝土屋面板后,再进行整体提升的施工方法,并结合工程实例,进行了施工全过程设计和构造研究。根据施工方案,对结构通过单元逐步激活技术进行了阶段施工仿真分析,分析中同时考虑了施工期间温度因素和不同步提升因素对结构的影响,并根据施工分析结果确定了关键节点构造、后浇带划分等设计因素。实测值与理论计算值符合较好,为钢结构屋盖施工提供了科学依据。
