目的了解北京市昌平区中学生艾滋病知识、态度、行为现状,为更好地开展中学生艾滋病健康教育工作提供依据。方法采取多阶段随机整群抽样方法,对北京市昌平区17所中学5 098名初、高中学生的艾滋病防治知识、态度、行为进行问卷调查。结果被调查中学生艾滋病知识总知晓率仅为63.9%,不同年级和性别学生对艾滋病基本知识的认知不同,但均无统计学差异;获取艾滋病防治知识的途经和渠道从高到低依次是网络、朋友、书刊、学校教育、电视等;有7.6%(386/5 098)的中学生进行过HIV抗体检测;仅有11.6%的中学生不歧视艾滋病病毒感染者和病人。结论昌平区中学生对艾滋病基本知识掌握不够全面,不能正确对待艾滋病病人或感染者,存在着明显的歧视倾向。
Objective To understand the knowledge, attitude and behaviors of AIDS among middle school students in Changping District of Beijing, and to provide basis for better carrying out AIDS health education among middle school students. Methods A multistage randomized cluster sampling method was used to investigate the AIDS prevention and control knowledge, attitude and behavior of 5 098 primary and secondary high school students in 17 middle schools in Changping District of Beijing. Results The total awareness of HIV / AIDS among middle school students surveyed was only 63.9%. There was no significant difference in knowledge of HIV / AIDS among different grades and gender students, but no significant differences were found in the knowledge of HIV / AIDS among the students from different grades and ages. , Friends, books and periodicals, school education and television; 7.6% (386/5 098) of secondary school students tested HIV antibody; only 11.6% of middle school students did not discriminate against HIV-infected patients. Conclusion Middle school students in Changping District have not mastered the basic knowledge of AIDS sufficiently and can not correctly treat the AIDS patients or those infected. There is a clear tendency of discrimination.
