该文结合作者参与的杭州市规划工程管理批前、批后涉及的测量工作:批前预定位(计算)、定位、灰线检验、±0检测、竣工测量及复核等,浅述城市工程规划管理过程中测量服务的意义,各阶段测量工作的目的、内容和方法,说明城市规划管理审批前后各类测量工作的重要性,并对不同阶段由不同工作主体完成的测量内容及要求进行了探讨。
