病因学 胚胎性肾盂输尿管交界处(肾盂出口)梗阻首次于30年代报道。其可能的原因有迷走的肾极血管(外源性梗阻)、受累输尿管节段继发纤维化而形成纤维素或继发胚胎性闭塞后的不完全再通(妊娠后40～42天)。
Etiology The embryo pyelou junction (pelvis outlet) obstruction was first reported in the 1930s. Possible reasons for this are vagal renal vessels (extrinsic obstruction), secondary fibrosis due to involvement of the ureteral segment and incomplete recanalization (40-42 days after pregnancy) following cellulose formation or secondary embryonic occlusion.
