目的研究审美指导对前牙美学修复效果的影响。方法选择2009年5月至2011年5月北京顺义中医医院口腔科及吉林大学口腔医院种植中心口腔门诊拟进行上前牙烤瓷修复的患者158例,根据随机数字表将患者分为试验组和对照组,各79例。试验组在常规治疗前进行系统的美学指导,对照组仅进行常规治疗。调查患者初次试戴烤瓷冠时对义齿颜色、形态、与面部协调程度的主观评分,比较观察试验组和对照组的临床疗效。结果试验组的成功率为97.5%,对照组为88.6%。在义齿的颜色、形态、与面部协调程度上,试验组患者主观评分均明显大于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论治疗前对患者的审美指导能够提高前牙美学修复效果。
Objective To study the influence of aesthetic guidance on the aesthetic restoration of anterior teeth. Methods From May 2009 to May 2011, Beijing Shunyi Hospital of Stomatology and Stomatological Hospital of Jilin University Stomatology Center planned to carry out 158 cases of patients with upper porcelain restoration, the patients were divided into experimental group and random number table Control group, 79 cases each. The experimental group in the conventional treatment system aesthetic guidance, the control group only routine treatment. The subjective scores of the denture color, shape and facial coordination degree were investigated when the patient first tried on the porcelain crown. The clinical efficacy of the experimental group and the control group was observed. Results The success rate of the experimental group was 97.5% and that of the control group was 88.6%. The subjective scores of the patients in the experimental group were significantly greater than those in the control group in terms of the color, shape and facial coordination of the denture, the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The aesthetic guidance of patients before treatment can improve the aesthetic effect of anterior teeth restoration.
