[目的]建立延边地产传统朝药材万年蒿的化学成分指纹图谱,并进行延边不同产地万年蒿的化学成分指纹图谱进行分析,为万年蒿的质量控制及品种鉴定提供依据.[方法]采用高效液相色谱法,应用Diamonsil C18色谱柱(250.0mm×4.6mm,5"m),流动相为甲醇-4mL/L磷酸水溶液,流动速度为1.0 mL/min,检测波长为360nm,柱温为35℃,采用线性梯度洗脱.[结果]对延边地产9批万年蒿药材化学成分的指纹图谱进行分析,共检出16个分离度大于1.0的共有峰.[结论]高效液相色谱法简便、快速,可作为控制、鉴定与评价传统朝药材万年蒿质量的有效方法.
[Objective] To establish the chemical composition fingerprints of Artemisia scoparia from Yanbian Estate traditional medicine, and to analyze the chemical composition fingerprints of Artemisia annua from different areas of Yanbian, providing the basis for the quality control and variety identification of Artemisia annua L. [Method] High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was performed on a Diamonsil C18 column (250.0 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) with methanol-4 mL / L phosphoric acid solution at a flow rate of 1.0 mL / min and a detection wavelength of 360 nm. Temperature was 35 ℃, linear gradient elution. [Result] The fingerprints of nine batches of Artemisia annua L. in Yanbian Real Estate were analyzed and 16 common peaks with resolution greater than 1.0 were detected. [Conclusion] The HPLC Chromatography is simple, rapid, and can be used as an effective method to control, identify and evaluate the quality of Artemisia ordosica.
