上海历来是我国的工要商业中心,亦是世界商业经济中心之一。近年来,上海市府又确立了大力发展第三产业的战略目标,因此上海的销售市场更是十分引人注目。与其相适应,上海商业建筑的发展与变化也是非常瞩目的,在商业建筑室内外环境处理上已表现出很多新的特征,有很多可喜的值得推崇的设计,当然亦有一些需要推敲研究的问题,本文试图分析上海目前商业建筑室内外环境设计的现状和特征,并探讨其发展趋势。 一、现状与特征 1、创造舒适的室内购物环境 为了增加购物环境的吸引力,首先应当创造宜人的室内物理环境。目前上海的很多商业建筑都装置了空调,形成了理想的人工小气候,使顾客一年四季都感到温度适宜,四季如春,大大提高了商场的吸引力。目前,在上海自动扶梯也已很普及,个别商店甚至还没有景观电梯,这些物质设施都有助于形成慢适的室内环境,既为年老体弱者解决了在高的不便,又更增加了商店的吸引力。
