随着经济的发展,人力资源成本的上升是必然结果,我国煤炭企业的劳动力价格优势将逐步丧失。本文通过分析煤炭企业人力资源管理现状和人力资源成本的内涵及构成,提出了煤炭企业人力资源成本的控制与优化策略。
With economic development, the rising cost of human resources is an inevitable result. The price advantage of China’s coal enterprises will be gradually lost. By analyzing the connotation and composition of human resource management status and human resource cost in coal enterprises, this paper puts forward the control and optimization strategy of human resource cost in coal enterprises.
