目的:探讨彩超在胎儿先天性畸形筛查及诊断中的临床价值。方法:应用彩超筛查、诊断胎儿先天性畸形,并与引产或分娩后结果做对照。结果:188例先天性畸形胎儿中,彩超诊断182例,检出率为96.81%;漏诊6例,漏诊率为3.19%。结论:彩超可实时观察胎儿各部位、各器官的情况,是筛查及诊断胎儿先天性畸形的首选方法之一。
Objective: To investigate the clinical value of color Doppler ultrasound in the screening and diagnosis of congenital malformations of fetus. Methods: Screening by color Doppler ultrasound, diagnosis of congenital malformations of the fetus, and compared with the results after induction or delivery. Results: Of 188 cases of congenital malformation fetus, 182 cases were diagnosed by color Doppler ultrasound, the detection rate was 96.81%; 6 cases missed diagnosis, the rate of misdiagnosis was 3.19%. Conclusion: Color Doppler ultrasonography can observe all parts of fetus and organs in real time. It is one of the preferred methods to screen and diagnose congenital malformation of fetus.
