糖尿病为老年人的常见病。根据报道,老年糖尿病症状不典型,并发症发病率高,病死率高。本文就1979～1984年我院住院诊治的32例60岁以上老年糖尿病与115例45～59岁老年前期糖尿病患者的并发症进行对比分析如下: (一)一般情况 1.年龄和性别:我院六年内共收治糖尿病患者208例。其中年龄在60～75岁患者(为老年组)共32例。男20例,女12例。年龄在45～59岁患者(为老年前期组)共115人。男58人,女57人。 2.病程:有11例老年患者因脑血管意外、冠心
