目的分析病案资料在某医院药师发表论文中的利用情况。方法采用统计描述中构成比的方法,对2010年-2015年医院药师发表在SCI期刊、中文医学核心期刊、统计源期刊、省级期刊上的论文进行统计,分析论文中病案的利用情况。结果 6年中某医院药师利用病案资料发表的临床论文共46篇,临床论文和其它论文与发表论文总数之比分别为29.87%和70.13%。结论某院药师临床论文比例还是偏低,提示药师要深入临床,通过阅读病案发现问题,分析问题积累经验,充分利用病案资源,建立药历数据库,开展临床研究,发表高水平的论文。
Objective To analyze the utilization of medical records in the published papers of a hospital pharmacist. Methods Statistical methods used in the composition of the ratio of 2010 - 2015 hospital pharmacists published in SCI journals, core journals of Chinese medicine, statistical journals, provincial journals of the statistical papers to analyze the use of medical records in the paper. Results A total of 46 clinical papers published by a hospital pharmacist using medical record data were obtained in 6 years. The ratios of clinical papers and other papers to the total number of published papers were 29.87% and 70.13% respectively. Conclusion: The proportion of aphysiologists in clinical papers is still low, suggesting that pharmacists should go deep into clinical practice. By reading medical records, analyzing their accumulated experience, making full use of medical records, setting up database of medical records, conducting clinical research and publishing high-level papers.
