白塞病常又被称为“眼-口-生殖器三联征”。虽然,其后也有不少学者注意到本病可仅出现上述一或二个症状,而非三联征同时具备,从而分为完全型及不完全型,但上述三征均无者却极罕见。且在诊断上亦成为难题。现将我院仅所见1例报道如下,并对国内陈寿坡、张孝骞的诊断标准提出商议与补充,以解决类似本例的一些病例的诊断困难。 患者,女,35岁,农民,住院号303064。因间歇性脓血便5年而于1989年12月22日住入我院,曾在院外长期被诊断为“慢性细胞性痢疾”,中西药治疗无效。近1月来病情加重,发热不退,精神不振,食欲极差,恶心呕吐,腹痛腹泻,用多种抗生素治疗未见效果,既往体健,否认结核史。T 38.5℃,P 130min~(-1),R 22min~(-1),BP 11.6/8.0kPa,心肺(-),腹平软,剑下及左下腹轻压痛,肠鸣音稍亢进。 血:Hb 98g/L,RBC 3.34×10~(12)/L,WBC 9.0×10~9/L,N 0.51,L 0.47,M 0.02;ESR 90mm/h,CRP<
