建设工程发展过程中,成本问题是建设行业关注的一个重要问题。建设行业进行成本控制时,在招投标阶段就该予以足够的重视。通过招投标活动对投标单位进行特定的审查,并结合工程建设实际情况,择优选择投标单位进行工程建设,是保证工程顺利实施的前提。本文提出了建设工程招投标阶段造价控制存在的问题,并就相应的解决途径展开了分析,希望能够为建设工程发展提供一些参考和借鉴。
In the course of the development of construction projects, the cost issue is an important issue that the construction industry pays attention to.
