[目的]探讨左金丸及其拆方对胃溃疡(GU)愈合的影响、机制及配伍依据。[方法]建立乙酸性GU大鼠模型,54只动物随机均分成模型组、黄连组、吴茱萸组、左金丸组,并设立空白组和假手术组,每组9只,观测各组大鼠溃疡指数(UI)和表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)的表达。[结果]①黄连组、吴茱萸组、左金丸组UI显著低于模型组(P<0.01),且依次降低(P<0.01,<0.05);②溃疡形成后模型组GU边缘EGFR表达显著高于空白组(P<0.01),左金丸组显著高于模型组(P<0.01),各治疗组间比较差异无统计学意义。[结论]左金丸及其拆方均有促进溃疡愈合的作用。显著性上调EGFR的表达可能是左金丸促进溃疡愈合的重要机制之一。
[Objective] To explore the influence, mechanism and compatibility of Zuojin Pill and its disassembled prescriptions on gastric ulcer (GU) healing. [Methods] An acetic acid-producing GU rat model was established. 54 animals were randomly divided into model group, Huanglian group, Wusong group and Zuojinwan group, and blank group and sham operation group were established. Each group had 9 rats and the rats were observed for ulceration. Index (UI) and expression of epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR). [Results] 1 The UI of Huanglian, Wusong and Zuojinwan groups was significantly lower than that of the model group (P<0.01), and decreased sequentially (P<0.01, <0.05); 2 The expression of GU edge EGFR was significantly higher in the model group after ulcer formation The blank group (P<0.01) was significantly higher in the Zuojin Pill group than in the model group (P<0.01). There was no significant difference between the treatment groups. [Conclusion] Both Zuojin Pills and their decomposed prescriptions can promote ulcer healing. Significant up-regulation of EGFR expression may be one of the important mechanisms by which Zuojin Pill promotes ulcer healing.
