蔬菜污染成了老百姓头痛的问题。人们采用碱洗法、洗洁精洗法、去皮法、加热法、贮藏法等等,不一而足,有的甚至对某种蔬菜都避之不食。这些做法对我们的健康有利吗?有必要吗?现请北京市疾病预防控制中心营养与食品卫生所副研究员薛颖女士(1986年获浙江农业大学蔬菜专业硕士学位,1999年获浙江大学博士学位,曾在北京市农业科学院蔬菜研究中心工作)和她的助手吴国华先生为大家的具体做法点评。
Vegetable pollution has become a common headache problem.
