本文用三株抗人肺癌单克隆抗体McAb N_(35)、SIA_2、F_(19)与肺癌组织进行免疫组织化学染色,观察三种McAb与肺癌组织及各型非恶性肿瘤组织、其它癌组织的反应性。共做各型人肺癌组织90余例,各种人非恶性肿瘤组织70余例及其它人恶性肿瘤组织100余例。三株单抗在肺癌中的阳性反应率分别为85.6%、87.6%、91.6%。与各种人非恶性肿瘤组织、人肺部良性疾患及其它部位恶性肿瘤组织反应中,除与乳腺癌有相关反应外,均不发生阳性反应。证实McAb不仅选择性好,且与各种肺癌组织有较高的阳性反应率,有潜在临床应用价值。
In this study, three anti-human lung cancer monoclonal antibodies McAb N_(35), SIA_2, F_(19) and lung cancer tissues were stained by immunohistochemistry to observe three McAbs and lung cancer tissues, non-malignant tumor tissues and other cancer tissues. Reactive. Altogether more than 90 types of human lung cancer tissues were performed, more than 70 cases of non-malignant tumors of various types, and more than 100 cases of other malignant tumors. The positive reaction rates of the three monoclonal antibodies in lung cancer were 85.6%, 87.6%, and 91.6%, respectively. No reaction was found to occur in all types of non-malignant tumors, benign lung diseases, and malignant tumors in other parts of the body, except in response to breast cancer. It was confirmed that McAb not only has good selectivity, but also has a high positive reaction rate with various lung cancer tissues and has potential clinical application value.
