矿产资源权益价值主要包括矿产资源的探矿权价值和采矿权价值。矿产资源的采矿权价值由矿产资源价值和不同勘探阶段勘探成果价值组成 ,探矿权价值则为矿产资源的勘探级差租金。依据矿产资源的勘探开发特点 ,初步建立了矿产资源采矿权价值和探矿权价值的评估模型
