近些年来,中国文化对外传播成果显著,但也存在着若干因素的制约,包括不同文化之间的冲突。文化对外传播不仅展示中华民族的文化思想,而且要在国家形象、对外开放、贸易投资、文化安全、寻求共识等等方面谋求某种均衡。当前,我们可以在以往文化“走出去”的成果基础上,进一步提升文化的国际化战略,创新文化传播的理念与途径,凸显文化中的中国元素,尤其是中国文化中的核心价值,提高中国文化的软实力,从而为保护人类文化多样性,让中国文化在世界文化百花园中发挥出其独特的价值,做出应有的贡献。
In recent years, Chinese culture has made remarkable achievements in external communications. However, there are also a number of constraints, including conflicts among different cultures. Cultural communication not only displays the cultural thoughts of the Chinese nation, but also seeks some kind of balance in terms of national image, opening to the outside world, trade and investment, cultural security and seeking consensus. At present, we can further enhance the strategy of internationalization of culture and innovate the concept and approach of cultural communication based on the achievements of past culture “going out ”, and highlight the core values of Chinese elements in culture, especially in Chinese culture. Improve the soft power of Chinese culture, so as to protect the diversity of human culture and let Chinese culture exert its unique value in the world’s cultural and cultural garden and make its due contribution.
