INTRODUCTION As computer systems move toward high-speed mainframes, there is a growing demand for integrated circuit performance. MECL10K circuit is currently widely used ECL circuit series, this circuit typical gate delay of 2.5ns, but because it does not have power, temperature compensation performance, the requirements for the work environment is more stringent. In the development of high-speed large-scale computer system, we must consider the requirements in this area. The F100K circuit is now a sub-nanosecond ECL circuit family that has been mass produced in the world and used in large computer systems.
