目的:研究全真一气汤复方多糖对免疫抑制小鼠体液免疫和细胞免疫功能的影响,同时比较口服与腹腔注射给药对免疫活性的异同。方法:采用环磷酰胺造成免疫抑制模型,观察全真一起汤复方多糖对小鼠溶血素生成反应和迟发型超敏反应的影响。结果:全真一气汤复方多糖对免疫抑制小鼠体液免疫功能-抗体Ig M(溶血素)的减少和细胞免疫功能-迟发型超敏反应(耳肿胀率)的降低均有对抗作用(P<0.05),同时也提示多糖口服给药免疫活性优于腹腔注射给药。结论:全真一气汤复方多糖可以提高免疫低下小鼠的体液免疫和细胞免疫功能,并推测肠道黏膜免疫系统在发挥小鼠整体免疫过程中起着重要作用。
Objective: To study the effect of Quanzhengyiqi decoction polysaccharide on humoral and cellular immune function in immunosuppressed mice, and compare the similarities and differences of immune activity between oral administration and intraperitoneal injection. Methods: The immunosuppressive model was induced by cyclophosphamide to observe the effects of polysaccharides from Tangzhu soup on hemolysin production and delayed-type hypersensitivity in mice. Results: The polysaccharide of Quanzhengyiqi decoction could antagonize the reduction of humoral immune function of immunosuppressed mice, such as IgM (hemolysin) and cellular immunity (delayed eosinophilia) (P < 0.05), but also prompt polysaccharide oral administration of immunocompetence than intraperitoneal injection. Conclusion: Quanzhengyiqi Decoction polysaccharide can improve humoral and cellular immunity in immunocompromised mice. It is speculated that the intestinal mucosal immune system plays an important role in exerting the whole immune function in mice.
