在0.5 MW水煤浆燃烧试验台上进行水煤浆空气分级燃烧试验研究,研究空气分级配风比例、分级风送入方式对水煤浆燃烧NOx排放量的影响规律,分析空气分级燃烧对烟气中其他成分、结渣等的影响。通过燃尽风比例和投入位置的调整,当燃尽风比例为18%时,NOx的排放量降低到212 mg/m3(折算到Φ(O2)=6%),进一步提高燃尽风比例会造成主燃区燃烧不稳定。采用空气分级燃烧技术后,能够降低水煤浆燃烧NOx排放量,对水煤浆燃烧燃尽效果没有产生不利影响,没有造成结渣的问题。
