目的 比较不同剂量氨溴索对哮喘豚鼠肺表面活性物质 (pulmonarysurfactantPS)的影响。方法 2 4只豚鼠 ,分 4组 ,即正常对照组、哮喘模型组、氨溴索小剂量组 ( 7.5mg·kg-1·d-1) ,氨溴索大剂量组 ( 3 0mg·kg-1·d-1)。用卵白蛋白腹腔注射与雾化吸入造成哮喘动物模型 ,测支气管肺泡灌洗液 (BALF)中总磷脂 (TPL)、饱和磷脂酰胆碱 (DSPC)、总蛋白 (TP)含量。结果 哮喘模型组豚鼠DSPC下降 ,TP增加 ,DSPC/TP及DSPC/TPL比值下降 ,与正常对照组比较P均 <0 .0 1。氨溴索大、小剂量组能对抗上述改变 ,使DSPC升高 ,TP降低 ,DSPC/TP及DSPC/TPL比值升高 ,与哮喘模型组比较 P均 <0 .0 1。氨溴索大、小剂量组之间差异无显著性(P >0 .0 5 )。结论 氨溴索可减轻哮喘豚鼠PS活性水平的下降 ,氨溴索应用小剂量 ( 7.5mg/kg .d)即可起到良好的作用
Objective To compare the effects of different doses of ambroxol on pulmonary surfactant (pulmonarysurfactant PS) in asthmatic guinea pigs. Methods Twenty-four guinea pigs were randomly divided into 4 groups: normal control group, asthma model group, low dose ambroxol group (7.5 mg · kg -1 · d -1), high dose ambroxol group (30 mg · kg -1) 1 · d-1). The animal model of asthma was induced by intraperitoneal injection of ovalbumin and aerosolized inhalation. Total phospholipid (TPL), saturated phosphatidylcholine (DSPC) and total protein (TP) in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF) were measured. Results In guinea pigs with asthma model, the DSPC decreased, the TP increased, the ratio of DSPC / TP and DSPC / TPL decreased. Compared with the normal control group, P <0.01. Ambroxol large and small dose group can antagonize the above changes, so that DSPC increased, TP decreased, DSPC / TP and DSPC / TPL ratio increased, compared with the asthma model group P <0.01. Ambroxol large and small dose group no significant difference (P> 0.05). Conclusions Ambroxol can reduce the level of PS activity in asthmatic guinea pigs. Ambroxol can be used in low dose (7.5mg / kg · d)
