目的 研究乳腺癌瘤内微血管密度 (Intratumaralmicrovasculardensity ,IMVD)和增殖细胞核抗原 (Proliferatingcellnuclearantigen ,PCNA)的表达及其临床病理学意义。方法 采用免疫组化SP法对 80例原发性乳腺癌的IMVD和PCNA进行检测 ,对有随访资料的 5 7例患者用Logistic回归进行多因素生存分析。结果 IMVD和PCNA表达都与腋窝淋巴结转移及组织学分级密切相关。IMVD和PCNA表达之间也高度相关。临床分期、腋窝淋巴结转移、IMVD和PCNA分别具有独立预后价值。结论 用IMVD和PCNA来反映乳腺癌增殖活性和估测预后 ,具有重要的实用价值。
Objective To investigate the expression of intratumoral microvessel density (IMVD) and proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) in breast cancer and its clinicopathological significance. Methods Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect IMVD and PCNA in 80 cases of primary breast cancer. Multivariate survival analysis was performed using Logistic regression in 57 patients with follow-up data. Results Both IMVD and PCNA expression were closely related to axillary lymph node metastasis and histological grade. There is also a high correlation between IMVD and PCNA expression. Clinical staging, axillary lymph node metastasis, IMVD and PCNA have independent prognostic value, respectively. Conclusion The use of IMVD and PCNA to reflect the proliferative activity of breast cancer and estimate its prognosis have important practical value.
