近年来,免疫细胞化学染色(ICS)技术以其操作简单、敏感性高、特异性强以及能将形态、代谢和功能密切结合起来等优点,而广泛应用于肿瘤病理诊断和鉴别诊断。针对ICS时间长、敏感性差、抗原修复方法单一、组织固定、制片和染色等过程对抗原性均有不同程度的破坏以及最终影响特异性结果等缺点,作者在实践中不断探索,对影响抗原性的主要因素及解决方法、抗原修复技术、骨组织的ICS、冰冻厚切片、图像定量分析及辣根过氧化物酶(HRP)增敏等进行了研究和应用,为一些疑难肿瘤的准确、快速诊断提供了技术保障。现将主要内容简介如下。
