德法共治是古今中外共同认可的一种社会治理模式。德治与法治既相互差别,又相互补足、相辅相成。基于国家治理现代化语境下的德法共治,以保障人民幸福和国家长治久安为目的,对于统筹推进“五位一体”总体布局和协调推进“四个全面”战略布局,推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化,具有重要的理论意蕴和时代价值。德法共治必须以坚持和发展中国特色社会主义为基本遵循,服务于实现中华民族伟大复兴的宏伟目标,以社会主义核心价值观为引领,以“四个全面”战略布局为重点,以五大发展理念为指南。德法共治必须从德治和法治两方面着手,关键在从严治党,需要加强政治伦理建设和大力弘扬中华优秀传统文化,并对各种错误思潮进行批判。
The rule of law between Germany and France is a common mode of social governance recognized both at home and abroad.
