《军队转业干部安置暂行办法》的颁布实施,是党和国家干部人事制度改革的一项重大举措,是建立适应社会主义市场经济需要的有中国特色退役军官安置制度的具体步骤,对于进一步做好军队转业干部安置工作,实现人才资源的合理配置,促进经济和社会发展,加强国防和军队建设,都具有十分重要的意义。各级党委、政府和军队各级组织,要从党和国家的根本利益出发,统一思想,加强领导和督促检查,及时研究解决工作中遇到的矛盾和问题,切实把《军队转业干部安置暂行办法》贯彻落实好。各有关部门要精心组织,密切配合,按照中央的要求,无论对计划分配的军队转业干部,还是对自主择业的军队转业
The promulgation and implementation of the Interim Measures on the Resettlement of Cadres in the Army is a major measure for the reform of the personnel system of the party and state cadres. It is a concrete step toward establishing a resettlement system for retired military officers with Chinese characteristics that meets the needs of a socialist market economy.
