目的分析婴幼儿缺铁性贫血与维生素A营养状况的关系。方法选取来医院就诊的6个月~3岁缺铁性贫血婴幼儿156例,其中存在维生素A缺乏122例,随机分为观察组和对照组各61例。对2组给予相同的健康教育及膳食指导,观察组给予右旋糖酐铁口服液和维生素AD滴剂治疗,对照组单纯给予右旋糖酐铁口服液治疗。治疗4周后复查患儿的血红蛋白水平,比较2组临床疗效。结果缺铁性贫血婴幼儿156例,其中同时存在维生素A缺乏、亚临床维生素A缺乏和亚临床维生素A可疑缺乏122例(78.21%)。2组治疗总有效率均为100.00%,但观察组治愈率为50.82%高于对照组的32.79%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论婴幼儿缺铁性贫血与维生素A营养状况之间密切相关,可通过应用维生素A制剂治疗缺铁性贫血。
Objective To analyze the relationship between iron deficiency anemia and nutritional status of vitamin A in infants and young children. Methods A total of 156 infants with iron deficiency anemia of 6 months to 3 years old who were hospitalized were selected. There were 122 cases of vitamin A deficiency, which were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 61 cases each. The same health education and dietary guidance were given to the two groups. The observation group was given dextran oral liquid and vitamin AD drops, while the control group was treated with dextran alone. After 4 weeks of treatment, the hemoglobin level in children was reviewed, and the clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups. Results 156 cases of iron deficiency anemia in infants and children, including vitamin A deficiency, subclinical vitamin A deficiency and subclinical vitamin A suspicious lack of 122 cases (78.21%). The total effective rate was 100.00% in both groups, but the cure rate in the observation group was 50.82% higher than that in the control group (32.79%), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion There is a close correlation between iron deficiency anemia in infants and young children and nutritional status of vitamin A. Vitamin A preparation can be used to treat iron deficiency anemia.
