对延长石油(集团)有限公司延安炼油厂2.0Mt/a催化裂化装置沉降器VQS旋流快分系统的操作情况及催化剂跑损情况进行了简要分析。通过几年来的操作调整,阐述了VQS系统操作要点及优化操作工况的操作手段,解决了催化剂跑损问题,消除了油浆系统运行的安全隐患,为装置安全运行提供了保障。
A brief analysis was made on the operation of the VQS cyclone quick-release system of 2.0Mt / a FCCU Yan’an refinery Yanchang refinery and the running loss of the catalyst. Through several years of operation adjustment, the operating points of VQS system and operation modes of optimizing operating conditions are expounded, the problems of catalyst running loss are solved, the hidden trouble of oil slurry system operation is eliminated, and the safe operation of the oil slurry system is ensured.
