多样化教学手段的运用,会使学生听课富有新鲜感,学习能够快乐起来,达到优化学习、提高学习效率的目的。教育学原理告诉我们:低年级学生注意力集中的时间一般在15分钟左右,15分钟后一般会走神。这就要求教师要具有高超的课堂驾驭水平,这种驾驭水平就是多样化教学手段的运用。如今社会,经济高速发展,人们的娱乐形式多样化,电影、电视、网络、游戏、MTV、KTV等,都是人们获取快乐的形式,而学生获取知识和快乐的形式也多样化了。在这种形势下,教师教学的形式也要多样化,只有多样化教学,才能把学生的主体性表现出来,才能使学生的学习快乐起来,从而达到提高学习效率的目的。那么,教师如何在教学中实施多样化的教学方式,使学生学习快乐起来呢?这里结合教学实践谈一谈。
