目的:研究红景天苷对大鼠冠脉结扎所致缺血再灌注损伤的影响。方法:结扎大鼠左冠状动脉,30 min后松开结扎处造成再灌注,再灌120 min后取血清测肌酸激酶(CK),乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)的活性及肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α),白介素-1β(IL-1β)和白介素-6(IL-6)的含量,并取缺血处心室肌组织做病理切片。结果:红景天苷可明显减轻再灌注后血清中CK,LDH的活性及TNF-α,IL-1β和IL-6的含量,病理结果显示红景天苷可减轻心肌总体病变程度,减少炎细胞浸润并减轻局灶性坏死的程度。结论:红景天苷可显著减少缺血再灌注造成的心肌损伤,对缺血心肌有一定的保护作用。
Objective: To study the effect of salidroside on ischemia-reperfusion injury induced by coronary artery occlusion in rats. Methods: The left coronary artery was ligated in the left coronary artery. After 30 min, the ligation was reopened by loosening. Conclusion: Salidroside can significantly reduce the myocardial injury caused by ischemia-reperfusion and has a protective effect on ischemic myocardium.
