河南第一火电建设公司经过60多年的汇聚、积淀和升华,逐步凝练出一种契合电力建设行业独特魅力的大雁精神。在企业文化与中心工作多年融合的基础上,河南火一党委着眼于科学发展和提升核心软实力的内在需求,2004年初正式提出了“凝练大雁文化、打造大雁团队”的思路,正式提交职代会讨论并通过,自此扎实开展大雁文化建设。
After more than 60 years of convergence, accumulation and sublimation, Henan First Thermal Power Construction Company has gradually refined a Dayan spirit that suits the unique charm of the power construction industry. On the basis of years of integration of corporate culture and central work, Henan Fire Party Committee has formally put forward the idea of “Consolidating Dayan Culture and Building Dayan Team” in early 2004 focusing on the inherent demand of scientific development and promotion of core soft power. Workers Congress discussed and adopted since then firmly carry out Dayan culture.
