目的研究雷公藤多甙联合米非司酮治疗子宫内膜异位症的疗效。方法将84例子宫内膜异位症患者随机分为两组:米非司酮组42例,联合用药组(雷公藤多甙联合米非司酮)42例,比较两组患者疗效及药物不良反应。结果米非司酮组有效率、临床治愈率显著低于联合用药组(P<0.05),两组不良反应相当。结论雷公藤多甙联合米非司酮治疗子宫内膜异位症效果好,能明显提高患者妊娠率,减轻患者症状,且不良反应低。 Objective To study the efficacy of tripterygium glycosides combined with mifepristone in the treatment of endometriosis. Methods Eighty-four patients with endometriosis were randomly divided into two groups: 42 in the mifepristone group and 42 in the combination group (tripterygium wilfordii combined with mifepristone). The curative effect and drug-poorness of the two groups were compared reaction. Results The effective rate and the clinical cure rate of the mifepristone group were significantly lower than those of the combination group (P <0.05). The adverse reactions of the two groups were similar. Conclusion Tripterygium glycosides combined with mifepristone treatment of endometriosis effect is good, can significantly improve the pregnancy rate, reduce symptoms, and low adverse reactions.
