全国人员代表大会常务委员会,国务院,内务部:我省于1956年19月2日到7日,举行了山西省第一届人民代表大会第五次会议。出席会议的代表为962入。列席会议的有省人民委员会所属各部门的负责人39人;并有住在太原市的全国人民代表大会代表4人也列席了这次会议。会议听取了关于开展增产节约运动、财政预决算和法院工作报告等三个报告。经过小组讨论、大会发言,于12月7日上午递过决议正式闭幕。这次会议的主要特点是此较充分地开展了批评与自我批评。全体参加会议的代表,首先肯定了1956年我省在各方面工作中所取得的巨大成就,这就是:对农业、手工业和私营工商业的社会主义改 Standing Committee of National Personnel Congress, State Council and Ministry of Internal Affairs: The province held the fifth meeting of the first people’s congress of Shanxi Province from 2 to 7 September 1956. 962 delegates attended the meeting. There were 39 heads of departments of the provincial people’s committees attending the meeting; and 4 people of the National People’s Congress living in Taiyuan also attended the meeting. The meeting listened to three reports on launching the campaign of increasing output and saving, the budget of the financial budget and the work report of the court. After the panel discussion, the General Assembly made a statement and the resolution was duly concluded on the morning of December 7. The main characteristic of this meeting is that this has been more fully criticized and self-criticized. The representatives of all participating in the conference first of all affirmed the tremendous achievements made by our province in various aspects of work in 1956, namely, the socialist transformation of agriculture, handicrafts and private industry and commerce
