目的探讨品管圈提升疼痛护理质量的效果。方法选取2015年1月~2016年1月50例患者和8名医护人员做对照组,同期50例患者和8名医护人员为研究组;分别接受常规护理和品管圈护理,对比两组医护人员知识评分、记录疼痛知识评分以及患者对其满意度。结果研究组在医护人员知识评分、记录疼痛知识评分以及患者对其满意度均比对照组高(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论品管圈护理模式在提升疼痛护理质量有极高应用价值,该护理模式值得患者信赖。
Objective To investigate the effect of quality control ring on the quality of pain management. Methods Fifty patients and eight medical staff from January 2015 to January 2016 were selected as the control group, 50 patients and 8 medical staff in the same period were selected as the study group, and received routine care and quality control circle nursing respectively. Staff knowledge score, record pain knowledge score, and patient satisfaction. Results The study group was significantly higher than the control group (P <0.05) in knowledge score of medical staff, score of pain knowledge, and patients’ satisfaction with them. The difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Quality control circle nursing model has great value in improving the quality of pain care. The nursing model deserves patient’s trust.
