芦溪县辖5镇5乡,现有5个县直医疗卫生单位,4个中心卫生院,4个乡卫生院,198个村卫生所。有乡村医生363人,村级保健员157人。2004年全县卫生系统实现业务收入4262.4万元,诊疗人数22.97万人次,开展各例手术2839台,完成农村妇女儿童保健体检和其他体检2万多人次。为推动农村卫生事业更大发展,该县全面开展了“创建农村卫生工作先进县”活动,农村卫生工作取得长足进步。①2004年4月,受到省委书记孟建柱同志高度评价的芦溪县银河村敖家坊村卫生所。
Luxi County administer 5 towns and 5 townships, the existing 5 counties straight medical and health units, 4 center hospitals, 4 township hospitals, 198 village clinics. There are 363 rural doctors, 157 village health workers. In 2004, the county’s health system realized a business income of 42.624 million yuan, with 229,700 medical visits and 2839 cases of various operations, completing more than 20,000 health examinations and other physical examinations for rural women and children.
