上海海运局是文通部直属航运企业,营运船舶每年能源消耗绝对量占交通部沿海三家直属航运企业总能耗量的一半以上。以1991年为例,船舶能耗折合标准煤高达80万吨以上,燃料费用支出在企业的运输总成本中占的比例已仅次于船舶折旧费而占第二位。全局目前拥有195艘运输船舶近270万吨运力。主要承担上海、华东地区及沿海港口之间的客、货、油运输任务。其中,煤炭、石油等能源物资属国家指令性的运输任务
Shanghai Maritime Bureau is a shipping company directly under the Ministry of Education and Economy, and the annual energy consumption of shipping vessels accounts for more than half of the total energy consumption of the three shipping companies directly under the Ministry of Communications. Taking 1991 as an example, the ship’s energy consumption is equivalent to over 800,000 tons of standard coal, and the share of fuel expenses in the total transportation cost of a company is second only to the depreciation of ships. The overall current has 195 ships nearly 2.7 million tons of transport capacity. Mainly responsible for Shanghai, east China and coastal ports between the passenger, cargo and oil transport tasks. Among them, coal, petroleum and other energy materials are national mandatory transportation tasks
