在牛顿法最优潮流的基础上,对电力系统环境保护问题加以研究,并给出了解法,即把发电燃料成本及污染排放(如SO2)计入目标函数,通过牛顿法加以求解.用替代折衷技术对燃料成本和污染排放加以折衷,得到最佳折衷方案.就IEEE-30 节点算例作了计算和分析.结果表明,利用替代折衷技术可以较好地解决此类问题,并且可以确定对单位污染排放罚款的数额.
On the basis of the optimal power flow of Newton method, this paper studies the problem of environmental protection in power system and gives a solution to calculate the fuel cost and pollutant discharge (such as SO2) into the objective function and solve it by Newton method. The best trade-off is the compromise between fuel costs and pollution emissions with alternative trade-offs. Calculated and analyzed the IEEE-30 node case study. The results show that the use of alternative trade-offs can better solve these problems and determine the amount of fines per unit of pollution emissions.
