本文系作者赴英国进修回国后据其在英国所收集、了解的资料而写。文中对英国的公路环形交叉有关情况作了介绍。英国公路部门为节约公路改造经费,对大量的环形交叉予以改善,通过“环流优先规则”的推行,大大提高了环形交叉的通过能力,特别是环形交叉与高速公路立交配合则更为新颖。英国的有关经验对我国当前的公路交叉口建设颇有参考价值,特予刊载,以供读者参考。 This article is written by the author after he went back to Britain to study and study according to the information collected and understood by him in the United Kingdom. The paper introduces the situation of the UK highway crossings. In order to save the funds for highway reconstruction, the British highway departments have improved a great number of roundabouts. Through the implementation of the “Circulating Priority Rules”, the British Highway Department has greatly improved the ability to pass the roundabouts. In particular, the roundabout crossroads with the expressways are more innovative.
