目的调查山东省微山湖区船民血吸虫感染状况和血防知识、态度、行为情况,探讨船民成为输入性传染源的可能性。方法以随机整群抽样法确定调查船队,中签船队的所有船民均作为调查对象,对调查对象先采用胶体染料试纸条法(DDIA)进行筛查,阳性者再采用Kata-Katz法(1粪3检)进行病原学检查;同时问卷调查船民的一般情况及血防知识、态度、行为状况。结果调查船民2 086人,阳性率为2.92%,粪检19人,未发现血吸虫感染者;船民血防知识知晓率<30%,97.75%的船民未采取任何预防措施,46.70%的船民血防态度正确,93%以上船民在南方以多种方式接触江河湖水。结论微山湖区船民成为输入性传染源的可能性存在,加强监测和健康宣教工作势在必行。
Objective To investigate the status of schistosomiasis and the knowledge, attitude and behavior of schistosomiasis in Weishanhu district of Shandong province and to explore the possibility of boat people becoming an input source of infection. Methods Randomized cluster sampling was used to determine the survey fleet and all the boat people who signed the fleet were investigated. The subjects were screened by colloidal dye test strip method (DDIA) 1 manure 3) etiological examination; at the same time the general survey of boat people and knowledge of blood-water, attitude, behavior status. Results A total of 2 086 boat people were surveyed, with a positive rate of 2.92%. There were 19 manure seized and no schistosome infection was found. There was no awareness of the knowledge about blood-borne diseases among boat people <30% and 97.75% of the boat people did not take any precautionary measures. 46.70% Over 93% of the boat people contacted the rivers and lakes in various ways in the south. Conclusion There is a possibility that boatwomen in Weishanhu District may become an input source of infection. It is imperative to strengthen the monitoring and health mission work.
