在核电建设多项目、多基地的复杂组织模式下,核电工程质量管理面临着一定的困难和挑战,本文以中广核工程有限公司在核电工程建设领域的质量管理实践为例,分析核电工程建设质量管理的目标、重点,提出了核电工程“零缺陷”质量管理模型,总结质量管理体系建设、质量责任制建设、产业链质量管理培育等方面的实践经验,探索运用风险管理原理实施质量管理的做法。
Under the multi-project and multi-base complex organization model of nuclear power construction, nuclear power engineering quality management is facing some difficulties and challenges. This paper takes the practice of CGNPC Engineering Co., Ltd. in the field of nuclear power project construction as an example to analyze the quality management of nuclear power project construction , Put forward practical experience in nuclear power engineering, “zero defect” quality management model, summarize the construction of quality management system, construction of quality responsibility system and cultivation of industrial chain quality management, and explore the application of risk management principles to implement quality management practice.
