作为现代家庭女性的代言人,都市太太的摩登形象大量出现在民国电影中。本文通过身体上的粉面修饰与身份上的跨界流动两个层面的分析,勾勒出都市太太在电影中所呈现出来的一种新的时尚风范。同时指出,在这种美学趣味建构的背后,都市太太也成为男性性别权力的欲望对象,以及表达公众焦虑、民族矛盾、社会问题的文本空间,与男性、家庭、社会等诸多元素之间存在着无法逾越的困境。
