本文触及到我国人口政策比较重大和敏感的课题。作者从一个新的角度提出了颇有见地的设想,虽然仅从常态婚育规律推导演绎而不包括诸多社会因素的影响,但对制订远期人口政策不无参考价值。到2000年还有十多年,还有充裕的时间就此深入探讨。 This article touches on the more significant and sensitive issues of our population policy. From a new perspective, the author put forward some quite promising ideas. Although deducing the deduction only from the normal law of marriage and childbirth and not including the influence of many social factors, it is of no reference value to formulating the long-term population policy.
