1 前言 由于工程机械车辆柴油机多为后置,经常在多尘工况下工作,因此大多采用排风式冷却装置。本文选用风扇直径为670mm,散热面积为39.17m~2的散热器作为研究所对象;再选择箱式和环型两种常见导风罩进行比较,以选择性能最佳的排风系统。 2 导风罩性能研究 箱式和环型两种导风罩和散热器的安装布置见图1所示。其中设风扇至散热器芯子的距离为α,导风罩排风边缘至散热器芯子的距离
1 Introduction Since diesel engines are mostly rear-engineered vehicles, often working in dusty conditions, most of them use exhaust-type cooling devices.
