随着人类文明的进步,刑罚逐渐趋于人性化。罚金刑在世界各国刑罚体系中凸现出来,判决中罚金刑的适用率也越来越高。但罚金刑执行难却成为困扰着世界各国的问题,在我国也不例外。造成罚金刑执行难的原因主要有:罚金刑裁量原则、罚金缓刑制度、罚金刑执行保障制度以及罚金易科制度的不完善等。解决罚金执行难的问题要从以上相关制度方面改革与完善。
