指出智能电网中的自愈控制可以有效地提高供电质量和可靠性,介绍了智能电网自愈特征的实现条件和基础,自愈控制的实现需要进行参数的修改、选择或对开关设备操作。介绍了对IEC61850中的闭锁功能逻辑节点(C ILO)进行的扩充和构造,阐述了设计出的基于全网的广域安全防御体系来对开关设备操作进行闭锁运算,保证自愈控制开关设备正确性。指出广域保护层可以根据需要采用多个关键点的多种信息作为闭锁运算安全指标。
It is pointed out that the self-healing control in smart grid can effectively improve the quality and reliability of power supply. The realization conditions and foundation of self-healing characteristics of smart grid are introduced. The realization of self-healing control needs to modify parameters, select or operate switchgear. This paper introduces the expansion and construction of CILO in IEC61850, expounds the design of wide-area security defense system based on the whole network to block the operation of switchgear and ensure the correctness of self-healing control switchgear Sex. It is pointed out that the wide area protection layer can adopt a variety of information of multiple key points as the security index of the locking operation according to the needs.
