模拟土壤压实,测定压实土壤对树木生理生化指标的影响。研究表明,压实土壤下3种树木乐昌含笑、深山含笑和大叶冬青叶片脯氨酸及丙二醛含量均发生改变,随着土壤压实强度增强,各树种脯氨酸含量及丙二醛含量均呈上升趋势,与对照相比,两指标在重度压实下上升趋势最明显。乐昌含笑、深山含笑和大叶冬青的脯氨酸分别平均上升了61.44%、149%及65.15%,丙二醛平均上升了66.01%、37.29%及42.67%。方差分析表明,重度压实各树木叶片脯氨酸含量及丙二醛含量与对照下的含量差异显著。
Soil compaction was simulated to determine the effect of compacted soil on the physiological and biochemical indexes of trees. The results showed that the content of proline and malondialdehyde in three species of Leymus chinensis in the compacted soils changed, and the contents of proline and malondialdehyde in the leaves of all species changed. With the compaction strength of soil increased, Aldehyde content showed an upward trend, compared with the control, the two indicators of the most significant increase in the severe compaction. The average proline content of Michelia chapensis, Michelia macclurei and Hollyhock increased by 61.44%, 149% and 65.15% respectively, while the MDA content increased by 66.01%, 37.29% and 42.67% on average. Analysis of variance showed that the contents of proline and malondialdehyde in leaves of severely compacted trees were significantly different from those in the control.
