随着中国改革步入第28个年头,中国民营企业第一代创业者谢幕的时间也在渐渐迫近。胡润去年做的一项统计表明,未来10-20年将是中国民间财富从第一代创业者转向第二代的高峰期。而日前一项针对浙商的调查报告却显示,仅有约14.5%的企业家明确希望退休后由子女来掌管企业。难道中国企业家真的愿意看着自己的企业“断了香火”?在这个极为敏感的接班人问题上,浙商所显示出的“理性与开明”之外,更多的则是无奈——很多企业家不愿意让儿女们受“二遍苦”,希望他们过普通人的生活;有的则是子女并不愿意接班,甚至对接班持明显反感和拒绝的态度;更重要的,则是企业的生存环境:我国现行法律不明确,继承法、遗产税的出台左右摇摆以及地方政府的相对强势。
