痛风是由于血尿酸长期代谢紊乱而致尿酸钠(MSU)结晶沉积于关节及软组织内所引起的一组综合征,发病率有逐年递增的趋势,早期诊断困难。双能量CT(DECT)采用双能量X射线扫描技术,利用MSU结晶衰减值的不同,将MSU结晶与其他成分区分开来。国内外的研究结果显示DECT对MSU结晶检出有很高的敏感性和特异性,对痛风的早期诊断与鉴别诊断具有重要价值。
Gout is due to the long-term metabolic disorder of serum uric acid caused by sodium uric acid (MSU) crystal deposition in the joints and soft tissue caused by a group of syndromes, the incidence of a trend of increasing year by year, early diagnosis difficult. Dual-energy CT (DECT) uses dual-energy X-ray scanning technology to differentiate MSU crystals from other components using the difference in MSU crystallization attenuation values. The results of domestic and foreign studies show that DECT has a high sensitivity and specificity for the detection of MSU crystals and is of great value in the early diagnosis and differential diagnosis of gout.
