“分职场经营”是中国人寿镇江市分公司建立并实践了多年的一种职场管理模式。分职场经营以主管直接经营为管理形式,以“血缘”为组织纽带,以细胞式裂变为发展形态,以循序渐进为基本策略,以因地制宜为决策原则,以先试点后推开为基本策略。以完善的制度和有力的支持系统保证职场体系的高效运行与稳定发展,被实践证明是一种高效并易于操作的管理模式。目前,对于“分职场经营”模式下主管的素质、利益冲突及掌控力等尚存争议。营销分职场经营的模式在制度体系、标准化职场、机构触角方面还需要进一步完善。
