我队某矿区地层复杂,基本分为三种类型:稍完整地层、松软地层和破碎地层,各占比例约20%、20%、60%左右。后两种地层的取心问题一直没得到很好的解决,尤其是松软地层,多在矿层附近,如绿泥石、金云母蛇纹岩、泥灰岩以及粉状铁矿层等等。它们的特点是胶结松散,质软,极怕水冲,且钻进中易堵。使用无泵钻进或双动双管钻进,岩心采取率不高,而且矿心质量不好,大多被烧损,失去原结构,常因此而补芯。针对松软地层的特点,我们设计了“水眼式”合金双管钻头(见附图),使用单动双管钻具,使冲洗液直
The strata of a mine in our team are complex and basically divided into three types: a little complete formation, soft formation and broken formation, each accounting for about 20%, 20% and 60% respectively. The latter two kinds of formation coring problems have not been well resolved, especially in soft formations, mostly in the vicinity of the mine, such as chlorite, phlogopite serpentinite, marl and powdered iron ore layer and so on. They are characterized by loose cement, soft, very scouring, and drilling easy to block.
